1-2-1 Training with Jamie

Professional Coach & Personal Trainer at CrossFit Stags and Does, Cambridge
With 1-2-1 sessions you will receive the support and inspiration needed to master all your weaknesses and become the best athlete you can.
Every person is totally unique and has the capacity to move really well and feel great. We know from experience that having a dedicated coach to support you, combined with group classes allows you to reach goals much faster.
Jamie will discuss and go through each movement with you, as well as nutritional advice.
